Rachel Hendrix Photography is a small photo studio based in Winterthur Switzerland consisting of mostly me, Rachel, and sometimes my husband, Gabriel. (Gabriel is a visual artist and musician and joins me to shoot weddings and larger portrait sessions.) I love working and playing and dreaming as a photographer. It is a gift to know how to use a camera to make art and I think about that fact every day. I also like to oil paint, talk in a British accent, make books with my hands, eat avacados, play piano, and kiss my husband.
We are passionate about what we do and the different aspects of life, stories, color, and texture that appear within a photograph. We use mostly natural light along with different photography styles to create honest images that are unique and timeless.
